Marketing and Sales
Third Coast Chemicals has assembled a highly professional, international marketing and sales team with a combined 80+ years petrochemical industry experience. This experience and market knowledge, combined with decision making authority, empowers our staff to establish and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with both our customers and suppliers.

The staff ensures that customers receive competitive pricing, up to date market information, trends and unparalleled service in a responsive and timely manner. We are committed to exceeding both our customer's and supplier's expectations.

Customer Service

Our Customer Service staff is fully trained to meet customer requirements and exceed customer expectations and have a “one order, one call” standard, doing whatever possible to make the process of order placement easy for our customers. In addition to assisting with your order, our Customer Service staff ensures that our strategically located terminals are always stocked with sufficient inventories to meet customer requirements. They also assist with pricing, invoicing, transportation logistics and provide our customers with material safety data sheets, technical service bulletins and samples. Responsibility does not end after your order ships as our staff will assist you in tracking your shipment as well as insuring invoice accuracy.

History

Established in 2002 - Third Coast Chemicals was created to provide out-sourced execution of strategic sales and marketing plans for the petrochemical industry.

The services we provide include:

• Consolidated payable/receivables
• Maximization of global logistical efficiencies

Along with these activities, in 1996, our sister company, Third Coast Terminals was named the Master Distributor for Huntsman Corporation’s JEFFCOOL® Coolants products; a premium line of industrial coolants and heat transfer fluids. The consistent growth and success of the JEFFCOOL® Coolants’ Master Distributor program encouraged Huntsman to contract the services of Third Coast Chemicals to optimize their penetration into the end use markets for propylene glycol base chemicals.

In 2007, Third Coast Chemicals acquired Lyondell Basell’s brake fluid business. This acquisition brought Third Coast Chemicals into position as the second leading manufacturer and seller of brake fluids in North America, as well as a significant supplier to the global market.

Third Coast Chemicals is the Master Distributor for the Huntsman Corporation’s JEFFCOOL® Coolants products; a position as the second leading manufacturer and seller of Heat Transfer Fluids in North America. Third Coast Chemicals continues to up-hold its position as a global presence in Propylene Glycol and Brake Fluids, with additional products being added.
